Churchill is confident about British policy about the Allied campaign in Greece ; British and American journalists were not allowed in Athens and news from there was censored ; Red Cross announces 4000 Greek hostages -- Western Front: with the First Army in Belgium: U.S. forces are advancing in Belgium -- Washington, D.C.: Argentina is a stumbling block to world-collaboration ; Mexico is becoming a power in the Southern hemisphere of the Americas ; Mexico supports the democratic nations against the Axis powers ; A Foreign Ministers' Conference will convene in February in Mexico City -- The Philippines: a wounded boy is helped by G.I.s.
